That's a hackRF with a portapack. It's a little SDR card with a screen and battery attached to it. It can do some cool stuff. I mainly use mine to pick up ADB signals of aircraft overhead.

It can detect anything from 1Mhz up to 6Ghz so that includes 4G, 5G, and gps signals. It has pretty pitiful output power though so if you're thinking of using it to jam those signals you're not going to have much luck beyond a few feet probably.

I'm planning to use it to scan for any such devices for example in hotel rooms and such. I know, but a little paranoia is not that bad.
