Usually a good sign, but by no means an all clear.

That being said, I no longer believe in Privacy, in either the idyllic or practical sense of the word.

I am just looking for Telegram alternative, that one's 100% compromised. I know people will recommend Matrix, but I don't have time or nerves to deal with a VPS right now.
