You need to paste direct links to images (.jpg, .png...)

When you upload an image, you'll be taken to a page where there's a "Copy" button. It will copy a link that will look like "https://pic8.co/sh/...." that's the one you want to post on poal or wherever else.
When you click to follow the https://pic8.co.... link, it will take you to a live image host to serve you that image.
