Well without the second amendment I wouldn't have that right. Hell they suspended the second amendment in some cities that are now high crime areas which I think banning guns should itself be illegal for cities to do. There is no part of the bill of rights that says they can have no gun zones.

The thing is. A right is what you're born with, not what's given to you via a document. The bullshit is that you need them to give you this "right" with the "second amendment."

edit: point is, you never needed permission.

I'm not saying the document gives you the right, it's supposed to prevent anyone government related from trying to suspend that right like many large democrat communties. Yell you think their would be so much black crime if the decent black citizens were all armed. Gangs wouldn't have a chance to proliferate in a place where store owners and customers all were armed. Hell he'd make a demand and would instantly hear many clicks of hammers being pulled back into the ready to shoot his ass position. Hell a stand your ground law nationwide would make it so muggers armed or not "just big and strong" would be a thing of the past. Hell armed citizen patrols in all cities would make burglary disappear and drug dealers would be out of business really quick.

trying to suspend that right

Privileges can be suspended. Rights cannot be suspended. Words and grammar matter. Spelling is magic.

I'm not even talking about all that. If you want to own a gun, what's stopping you? It's quite simple, so I see no need to make matters more complex than they really are. What is physically stopping you from owning a gun? If you were to own a gun, and someone else tells you that you aren't allowed to, you're just going to get rid of your gun? Or, do you still keep your gun regardless? Which choice would you personally make?

Are you going to turn in your gun just because someone tells you to? XD I'm just confused at this idea that you don't have a choice, when you've always had a choice. If you really want to get technical with that document you call the "constitution." According to the "law," the constitution only applies to government employees. It's written right in the document itself. Do you work for the government?

Imagine thinking a document penned by mortals can imbue rights.
