Horrible idea. Who gets to decide if you're mentally ill?

I do think they are in the right ballpark that it is a mental health issue, but this can't be the best way to deal with it.

Hell they probably already are using our phones to track us.

We need to do something about these crazy people. I have a neighbor who flipped out and threatened to kill 7 people 2 of which are other neighbors. I cant get her out, landlord cant make her move, never can her fried who is the other neighbor she threatened. Laws protect the insane people not the threatened people. My best bet is to tape her when if she blows again. Meantime, l am fearful of her next burst.
