Joe is actually helpful. Specifically, Eddie can be helpful (at least mildly) and the episode with Kelly Brogan is amazing. >Rogan = whoever his guest is Is a pretty perfect representation of Joe. Joe is all over the place, but he somehow manages to mess up and be helpful sometimes. Alex meant to be real in the beginning, but he was corrupted through various means. It doesn't matter much, though, because ultimately he's there to direct people right before they get to something important. The guy gives a great analysis, overall, however.
