Keep repeating the same behavior as long as you like in your cycles then. Revenge, Amnesia and self victimization will lock you in a self perpetuating loop of ignorance for as long as you like or dislike.
But when you finally get tired of being tired it all, then start thinking with your noggin on how to overcome the logistical challenges that keep that perpetual loop sustained with you trapped in it along with everyone else. Maybe you'll even achieve the thing you talk about: Liberty and Justice for all.
But of course, nobody appreciates being bullied. Those that think they do, don't. And those that do, regret.
