So obviously concealed carry saves lives, but this is a terrible example.
This kid walked into a Walmart with an assault rifle strapped to his back and 100 rounds of ammo in his vest and walked around with a shopping cart while recording himself with his cell phone until they evacuated the store. It wasn't until the kid's exit, without ever even unstrapping his rifle, that he was held at gunpoint in the parking lot by the firefighter.
He was a dumb kid pulling a stunt for YouTube views, not a mass shooter, and even if he was, the concealed carry didn't come into effect until after he left the building, so it wouldn't have stopped much of anything anyway.
