He happens to be gay and got entrapped in some shit. Has never harmed anyone in his whole life. Unfortunately some of these people are taking advantage of legal concepts that have to exist.

I agree. There is no way that many had demonstrable evidence that could be processed that quickly. The concept needs to exist. Standards need to exist also.
