Clean up bodies, transporting them to the various morgues, autopsies, etc.. That's likely what is being done right now.
WTF you want the gov't to do, limit our rights? Well, they can't. Maybe he'll issue out an executive order eliminating all gun laws and refusing any type of tyrannical oppression of our rights...and is writing it right now. LOL
You want complete safety by the gov't? Go live in solitary confinement in a prison.
