Personally I don't think he will fall into the trap of nominating X because X is what the people want, or the SC needs for balance or whatever bullshit. I think he will nominate someone who is 100% in their understanding, interpretation and application of the constitution. I don't even think he will necessarily go for a hard core conservative. Remember Trump used to be a Democrat.
Regardless of who he picks, the left is going to shit themselves how the country is now ruined etc etc.
