THat's because we're paying double the interest Obama was paying on his first year. His little plan for ACA ran us into the poorhouse, plus he kept shooting million dollar missiles for the military and drone hits and shit. I think it's time we cut the CIA budget to 25% of last year, also the NSA budget can be halved. Now that people are working Supplemental food can be cut in half. No paying for school that have to many below average students and only pay for 2 translators per school. If you don't know how to read and write english you take english classes till you do then we don't need translators for the other classes. Special ed is great for making money, you say the kids have a problem and then hire and extra teacher for the slow classes which quickly adds to 10's of millions nationwide or more. Put cameras in all departments and record their internet, anyone of facebook reddit or just shooting the shit during working hours are not working so expendable. Anyone working far below average like pulling files for freedom of information act requests and anyone slowing them down purposely can be reassigned to a more simple lower paid status.
