Doesn't matter, won't make it past the Senate and Trump will laugh if it's put before him to sign. Just a non starter. Now if we can get people to vote for actual conservatives in the house and keep the senate and get Trump again and get a decent speaker we might get some shit done like reducing the size of the government.
