Here's what I can say. When I was younger I spent a lot of time unemployed. I am at the bottom of the working class. Very much the bottom. And what I have is 50,000x what I did before. Anyone complaining doesn't realize what they have. It's just a matter of covetousness. They see someone else has something and they think they are oppressed.
If you have a problem and have the means to solve it by buying something you have a lot. Considering you probably spend a lot of money on non-problems like eating out and entertainment then surely you have enough to solve all of your actual problems.
For much of the world if you have a problem, no matter how small, the default is to just deal. Next time you spend as little as $10 at walmart on something, realize that you have a lot.
