If they do stop it and the tariffs are dropped then in less than 2 weeks it starts up again then restart the tariffs at 5% bigger than when they were dropped and make them wait 2 months after the floods stop again to make sure they fucking learn their lesson for good. Gotta teach a bad child with real punishments. Hell once the wall is complete the drug trade will virtually die in Mexico and the cartels will lose their funding and control when they can't pay their crews or government officials off anymore and end up dead or imprisoned.
