Filing a tax return is "voluntary" , they don't get you for filing or not filing; they get you for lying on the filing. just like in congress, they don't get you for omitting the truth, they get you for lying to congress, not filing is an omission. Why so many that testify to congress choose to omit rather than state their opinions.

They just trying to justify the new tax agents. It wouldn't be the first time they lied like bastards.
