I really would love to have Trump call the house Sargeant at arms and declare a surprise drug test. Then take piss or hair. I bet most of the house would fail miserably. Then send the ones that failed to have drug counseling and regular testing. There is a reason the democrats act so fucked up. I'd let the pot smokers in states where it's legal pass but meth and heroin or being drunk in session would require AAA or NA meeting and psychiatric group meetings.
