Letting the recipient of a comment determine if a comment is offensive even if true, and the issuer of the comment is punished by society as being aggressive and injurious to the "victim" regardless of the original intent of the comment. This makes everyone an aggressor and a victim at the same time. The "anarcho" part is that there are no rules. The "tyranny" part is that everyone is afraid to be themselves and speak freely for fear of unseen social landmines.
