4.5 million Californians voted for Trump. I've lived most of my life in California and there are huge conservative bastions. People just love to shit on California because they can't reason that there is actually a part of California that is not Sacramento/San Franshitsco or Hollywood.
I've also lived in Chicago, and up state New York for a short time, both of those places are 100x more Liberal than my home county.

It's too bad California's electoral college delegates are winner take all. If they did it like Nebraska or Maine, those conservative areas would still have a voice.
