Ballot harvesting got this buffoon elected. They go big inner city apartment buildings and projects and then say to the "residents" here sign this paper and I'll give you $5. The paper is a prefilled out ballot with all the democratic candidates on it. The crack smoking, welfare kangs don't give a fuck about elections, but $5 will buy them a 40oz so what do they care.
