No. That isn't this. There is no legislative, constitutional or legal process of any kind to overturn an election. None.
exactly this, it is why the electoral college exists, the electorates could have abstained from voting or voted opposite of what the vote counters say, but since they voted there is no legal way to "decertify"
It could be proven that those states votes were falsified and/or illegitimate but since the electorate casts the votes it doesn't matter.

If public figures are brought to charges by the military or a militia, which does not covene a grand jury, under the theory of sedition, insurrection, rebellion, or aiding same, as called for federally and indeed state level (MD, others), then they may not hold office. If convicted of a felony state representatives may be recalled, removed, or expelled.
