Since the banks threw that collective hissyfit about the overdraft law, and ended the free checking, I have bounced from one bank to another, so I've dealt with the best (Washington Mutual), and the worst (Bank Of The West). When WaMu went under, it was taken over by Chase, which was the second most sleazy bank I ever had. In my opinion they did him a favor!
