First rule of showmanship: never end the show too early. When you have the audience's attention, you hold it. You know how they say curing the disease has no profit? Jailing these people (right now) has no political benefit. Once the "threat" has ended, the overwhelming anger with is bolstering the Republican party will end too. Keep people pissed, win back house and Senate seats, win 2020, etc.

You realize this is making us republicans pissed at Trump, not the other way around?

Look at the blue states running fucking wild. Cali is giving illegals the basic rights of a US citizen! They have fucking access to medicaid! The state is quite literally breaking federal law and no one is stopping them.

We still have refugees, H1b visa abuse, no wall, ACA is still not repealed and replaced, we are still in the middle east, illegals pouring over our border, opioid epidemic is still out of control, social media is still banning conservatives, etc.

This is not a game show. This is real life.

And supposedly we have the “Q” gospel. An anonymous, unsourced poster speaking on behalf of the American government in a cryptic codey that literally accomplishes nothing other than leading people slightly behind the actual political curve.
