The Federal government makes laws outside its authority over and over again. We need to apply this standard more often.

Most proponents of the current Constitution who call themselves Constitutional Scholars fail to recognize or give light to the historical fact that..."We are in our current situation BECAUSE of the Constitution, not IN SPITE of it!" The Declaration of Independence and The Articles of Confederation were the original true Liberty documents. However, an internal coup took place that led to the 1787 Constitution that's given us the Federal Beast we are currently and literally "Slaves" to! Most people who call themselves "Constitutional Scholars" will not discuss or reference the Anti-Federalist Papers which were predominantly written by one of the most respected patriots of his time...none other than Patrick Henry. In fact, Patrick Henry summed up what he thought about our Constitution in Anti-Federalist 40..."What then are we to think of the motives and designs of those men who are urging the implicit and immediate adoption of the proposed government; are they fearful, that if you exercise your good sense and discernment, you will discover the masqued aristocracy, that they are attempting to smuggle upon you under the suspicious garb of republicanism?" That's right! None other than Patrick Henry..."Give me Freedom or Give me Death" Patrick Henry was astutely correct in saying the proposed Constitution was indeed a "Masqued Aristocracy" and had only the cloak of "Republicanism," but in reality it was a doorway to slavery and tyranny which is indeed exactly where we find ourselves right now...
