Are You Fucking retarded? "This is true. But as the act of congress obviously uses the word 'state' in reference to the term as used in the constitution, it becomes necessary to inquire whether Columbia is a state in the sense of that instrument. The result of that examination is a conviction that the members of the American confederacy only are the states contemplated in the constitution.", DC is not a state. therefore the constitutional agreement is among the states.

Are You Fucking retarded?

Apparently you are. You cannot even read a one page opinion without fucking it up. This is why people need to be educated and experienced in a field instead of just imagining that they can search text out on the internet and be an instant expert.

Courts can only rule on the question of law before them. That's it. They told you what the question of law was right at the beginning, but since you don't like that question you just decided to go ahead and invent the one you like. That's not how the law works. That's why retards like you end up in prison claiming the government can't do this or that.

I'm not going try to argue with an idiot. You make assumptions so you can belittle people. It was an article that I opine not many have read it. You wanna go all Benjamin Crump on us and make shit up as you go along. Just like a fucking Nigger. I opine you've got about a 10th grade education. The problem with idiots like you is: you have a poor vocabulary and when you reach a word you don't understand, you skip over it and loose the essence of the material you are trying to read. It's a common factor in poorly educated people.

You make assumptions so you can belittle people.

THE FUCKING COURT TOLD YOU WHAT THE QUESTION OF LAW WAS IN THIS CASE. IT'S THE FIRST FUCKING PARAGRAPH OF THE COURT'S RULING.

Do you even know what "assumption" means?

Show us in the opinion where it says the question of law is whether Washington D.C. has jurisdiction in any state. Not where you think it's implied, but where it literally says "this is the question before this court." If you cannot, it is you who are making the assumptions.
