You know who didn't have constitutional right? The thousands of elderly that were basically murdered in nursing home facilities at the hands of his (D) ally Governor Cuomo, so spare me the bullshit of your theatrics and fake concern for children when hundreds of them are being trafficked and dying just a few miles south of Uvalde that the "president" and fake doctor wife have yet to step foot at. The idea these sick fucks are using the death of children to stand on their soap box to shake their fucking finger and attack the 2A is demonic. Fuck this sawed off runt !

They have no empathy. They are total sociopaths.

Obviously it's only a piece of paper and isn't working since the enforcers aren't enforcing it.

Need a better way to compensate the enforcers to enforce it. Maybe a new amendment.

We are the enforcers.

That's why the fuck it starts with "WE the PEOPLE..."

The original idea was the citizens would always remain in control and the Constitution just gave them the legal legitimacy to keep the argument such that when anybody tried to take control they could look at that and provide the legal justification for citizens remaining in control. Of course now we've got the federal government itself we're only going whether or not it can be in control since most of the courts and things that are ruling on this are deeply embedded in the whole federal system including all the financial perks and retirement benefits and the election gerrymandering and outright cheating now. So judges are part of the system that is being used to rule whether or not that system should be in control

One would better dare pull a bone from a rabid pit bull than power from our (((three branches))). Of course one would shoot the dog first.

The problem is that once the document is proven impotent and it's protections recognized as meaningless, the document itself loses all societal relevance. You can't go back to pretending no one will transgress it's limitations after you've lived an entire life watching exactly that. The Constitution has been rendered obsolete - no matter how much we would wish otherwise. It failed in what it was intended to achieve. It failed because our appetite for mindless apathy is limitless. We simply don't care. And because we've imported a literally retarded third world population, we've become too stupid to understand why it mattered.

Right way is to start from scratch. But the right still thinks it's the most important thing ever.

They actually aren't constitutional rights; they're constitutional shackles on those shitbags.

Well, it's weird because it's called the Bill of Rights, but you're right it's phrased as a series of restrictions on lawmaking by the Federal government. Courts actually extended those rights to the states. A naïve reading of the Constitution would indicate that it only applies to the feds.

We live is a post-Constitutional state. We are not a just society of laws. The government simply outsources any and all behaviors it is technically prohibited from pursuing. The ruling elite have elevated themselves to the untouchable aristocracy. Our national pet, the nigger went on a rampage to extort money and power and we capitulated. We are inarguably importing a replacement population and are legitimately facing an explicit genocide - the very moment the invaders have obtained a formal majority. Our national election was stolen right before our eyes. We did nothing. We did fucking nothing.

All your points are 100% correct... unfortunately.

I don't think so. It says Gaetz voted for the NDAA, and these other reps voted against it. The NDAA is one of those omnibus things Congress is so fond of where they partially do a Constitutional duty -- fund the military -- and then tag on a million riders, mainly to pay their friends, but I guess this one was creating a red flag law to score someone political points.

Read the next thing:

At least Gaetz is fighting against red flag laws for civilians.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with you, they write shit like that to make you feel confused, you are using common sense, the shit you read there is political mumbo jumbo.

When I am elected Chancellor , I will fill concentration camps with enemies of the people.

Or, you work to amend the constitution to fit what you think it should do, which is actually part of what the constitution says.

Telling people you don't like to stop participating in the Government because they do not like something about the US Constitution and want to change it, is unAmerican. The opposite of what was intended with the Constitution.

Our Found Fathers had the foresight to create a provision that allowed for changes because they could not predict everything.

Daddude1 is an agent of the deep state. Here he is defending the right to alter the founding document as his evil Co. Conspirators see fit

Not that it matters. Words on paper and laws don't stop his kind
