she has reason to sue for violation of her constitutional rights. the ability to petition the government doesn't stop at the offense of some random Jew sitting up there on the board.
fuck all of them. they are legally required to shut the fuck up and listen to her issue. that's the ultimate law of the land. fuck all of them for doing that to her.
They like to pretend they are separate from the federal government. All speech is protected speech.
It's the first section of the 14th Amendment, the State and Local governments are not allowed to abrogate your enumerated civil rights any more than the federal government would be:
...No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
the 1st amendment trumps the 14th :
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
Of course they only adhere to the constitution when it's in favor of their tyranny.
It's infuriating how they act like she is the one bringing disgusting profanity into the school, when she is merely parroting the very shit that is deemed appropriate for children of that school.
This fake pearl-clutching is so fucking enraging. The mother made a great point, though- "You stopped me from reading this out loud because you were uncomfortable; how do you think my 15 year old daughter felt when she was forced to read the very same words?" There's no answer to this, that's why they shut her up.
