I'm sure there are some cheating going on where the arabs are but overall pretty good. each town pop is divided by 1000. each polling station has 1000 people registered. citizens are picked to go and handle the poling station under watchful eye of a paid person. anyone can go and assist. at the end of day everyone can go and check the enveloppes opening. the results are transposed on 2 copies, one sent to government and one shown to everyone at toenhall.
