Shocker, strong people value the work they do because they are the ones doing the work, and they don't like their money being taken from them. And they don't like when anyone including the Gov takes money and the value they create from their work away from them. Thus they become or already are conservative.
This is a nice white pill though, liberals are more likely to be weak, and apparently some can be converted into being conservative by simply getting into shape, which is something that can be promoted without politics at all.
