Ehh, ish. After abandoned the j6 protesters ( he could have his legal team or be supplying financial support to them) , I have no intention of supporting him, even though I was a huge supporter.
I think that he couldn't have done more as long as the election fraud is unproven. He'd be in the same boat where the media would just paint him as fomenting insurrection, and turbo impeachment goes on.
E1: As it was with him providing no pardons or legal support, and stepping down, he still had 43 of the 51 votes needed to convict him.

Reality : wet works gets shit done. You shouldn't be pres if you are afraid to use it . You can scream morals all you want but sparing demons is not in the best interest of the people.
This is a process. He won't get back in power until some measure of wet work is done. Likely in what appears to be an apolitical Junta.
