Of course we all know the future: the houses will deteriorate over 10 years to blight and whites will be blamed for not helping. It's never enough. Whites will move out of the decaying neighborhood and now we'll be vilified as racist.

I remember after hurricane katrina basically leveled everything there were all these new houses and projects put up. I was riding through it with my dad. He said in five years these new buildings will be a dump. Sure enough
