The companies don't have to do it and osha can't fine them if they don't. They are getting 60% compliance, and even that's qualified by 'some sort of implementation'.
The US still hasn't met Biden July 4th goal of 70% "fully" jabbed and the are about to have to change the definition of "fully" jabbed to include a booster which will result in the overall percentage of Americans fully jabbed to less than half, and likely never get back to over half.
The mandate has failed, compliance is failing. Their gig is up and they don't want to admit to the L.
