I've heard there's something about their religion where they have to tell us what they are going to do so they have no guilt which is why so many movies foreshadow real events (?)
new james bond movie has:
1. smallpox bio weapon unleashed
2. contagious sickness with nanobot technology that targets specific dna - family and ethnicities (we know this really exists). one quote in the movie is something like "your race will cease to exist"
3. here's the best part - in the movie a whole floor of a skyscraper is fire bombed and destroyed, then they show the outside of the skyscraper with fire coming out. but of course, it is just that one floor. the whole building doesn't free fall into dust, because that would be too outrageous for any movie-goer to believe (although they readily believe it if it's on the news networks ;)
