What's the point in everyone voting? This is a common tactic of despots desperate to conceal voter apathy. If mandatory participation is required, so should the option to vote for "none of the above."

Those too apathetic to caste a vote deserve being spoken for. Consider voter apathy is greatest amongst Blacks and Latino and ask yourself if you would really prefer their participation.
