I don't believe everybody should vote as most voters already are ill-informed. I also disagree with the concept of dual nationals, so the idea of persons holding foreign citizenship voting in an election is wrong. Were I to become an American citizen, it would be right to rescind my birth citizenship.
Who decide if a voter is "ill-informed" ? the NWO ?

Everybody MUST vote and hopefully something better than now will happen
What's the point in everyone voting? This is a common tactic of despots desperate to conceal voter apathy. If mandatory participation is required, so should the option to vote for "none of the above."
The point is to have a real majority choiche
otherwise 10% of population decides for the remaining 90%
Again: it is not a perfect system, it is just better than the current one
