It's easy to tell if gerrymandering is going on by comparing voter registrations with districting. Maryland has 31% registered Republicans and 55% registered Democrats. If 36% of the districts give or take aren't having Republicans winning then it's an easy case to prove that Republicans are being disenfranchised. Maryland's Congressional delegation is currently 10% Republican. You tell me.
