I was just using speeding as a 'what if'. Some really rich people have multiple homes, some in different countries. I used to know some guys that had multiple passports and licenses, by having a apt in other countries because they travel there often. I'm retired and poor, but during my working life I traveled a lot. In addition to my US drivers license, I have 3 licenses from other countries that haven't expired, yet. What would the police do if presented with a foreign license? Go thru the hassle of mailing a summons to a foreign country, or just accept a 'fine' on the spot?
