Huh. Go figure. The state loses one seat and somehow that means Republicans loose two seats.
According to Pew, 33% of Illinois registered voters are Republican and 48% are Democrat. That should mean 33% of the seats would be Republican and 48% Democrat in a fair districting. So how does it work out that the legal system considers it fair that 82% of Illinois seats are Democrat and only 18% Republican?
In a corrupt system, anything is possible. Like 81 million people voting for Biden.
