I had Covid. On the worst day of my symptoms, I ran three miles and LOLed as my immune system yeeted that virus out of me faster than bad takeout. It wasn't any worse than going running at a couple thousand feet higher elevation. Annoying, but no big deal. People dying from this are either struck-by-lightning outliers or so unhealthy that they haven't gone to the gym since the Carter administration.
