You are wrongly applying recent American liberal propaganda speedrun to Germany. Their ratcheting has been going on for a lot longer and thus has been done more slowly and carefully. What's happening in the US is a catching up with the western world. That's why it is so apparent and clumsy.

Americans are just now getting pressed hard on CRT, but Germans have had that sort of garbage banged into their mind since the 70's. You can rightfully say that the propaganda was also going on in the US back then, but not that intensively and not everywhere. The US educational system is a lot more decentralized than Germany.

Their mind molding propaganda wasn't this harsh to begin with, but by starting so far back, it's easy to ratchet it slowly to increase the guilt and the acceptance of harmful ideas. With time on their side, you can get a majority of the population to accept those ideas. And once the seeds are there, you can always ask more of the recipient. People as old as 60 have been conditioned in school to accept these harmful ideas. Germans in their 50's will have been propagandized to the extent of a 30 something from San Francisco. They'll accept these ideas to one degree or the other. They don't need to rig the vote in San Francisco to get the outcome they want.

Also, Germans are not like Americans, they are a lot more conformist and they are swayed by social standing instead of financial status. So controlling the discourse is even more effective there. You are right that they are controlling the narrative to prevent good intrinsic ideas from emerging and taking over. Their propaganda and brainwashing work with one small action snowballing into what it is today and they know that if it can go one way, it can go the other way.

But you are wrong to believe that they need to rig the vote in Germany like they need to in the US. The brainwashing has been so thorough, that even if they are disgusted by africans and afghans, they can't bring themselves to wear the stain of nazism and vote for the only party that is against mass immigration. The brainwashing and association between AFD and nazi will stick for the vast majorities of NPCs.

I don't believe Biden won the majority of the vote, but I don't doubt that he easily won in NYC, LA, and the other cities like those. And with a proportional system like Germany, those cities drive the overall results. In a proportional system, everyone in those cities is incentivized to vote, whereas in the US, many democrats won't bother to vote in NYC since victory is assumed.

You don't need to rig the vote if their minds are broken and chained and they believed they arrived at these conclusion themselves.
