It's about power more than wealth. The only way these bureaucrats, politicians and billionaires can obtain more power is to centralise all political control under their rule. All communist revolutions are financed by wealthy bankers anyway, it's a myth that they are grassroots movements. Their useful idiots, the lowest people in society, the ugly, stupid, useless, in return get status and privileges for their loyalty. So in effect you have the very top weaponising the very bottom against anyone else. Look up Bio-Leninism. Think of your average communist tech bugman. What status would he have in a natural order society? Or even a feudal society? These people know they are very low on natural hierarchies which is why communism appeals to them as it allows them to climb a hierarchy that rewards their political loyalty.
