agreed. Though in his defense all we knew of the virus at the start was dodgy shit coming from china. China was being fucking shady about the whole thing when everything pointed to it being a real threat. nothing wrong with closing borders to countries doing dodgy shit. now though we know better and its easy to criticize whatever happened in the past but at that specific time i remember EVERYONE on right wing forums hyping up the virus. after some studies made things a bit clearer it became clear that everything was a farce and the politicals started fucking with the narrative. I remember 'hug a chinaman' and how acknowledging the virus was racist, i remember masks dont work and trump isnt doing enough but black lives matter protesters need to protest despite this 'killer virus'.
