sometimes i wonder if Joe is on our side, i find it hard to believe you can be this incompetent
It is very believable especially if you dealt with dementia patients. He says the quiet parts out loud, he vocalizes orders sent to him "Hello everyone and now shake his hand", he will get lost even when his hand is being held.
All of these are signs he is far gone.
Slow Joe has good days and bad days. The good days are when he's pumped full of baby blood and speed. The bad days are when he is recovering from his drug fix.
Sloppy Joe is senile. He's competent enough to remember most of the lines his handlers feed him, beyond that he's just dotty old man.
