So most of this hinges on the TX AG suing tech companies on behalf of groups of users. The problem is that Paxton doesn't seem to have the balls to do that. He has balked on suing local governments for blatantly illegally posting 30.06 and 30.07 notice (AKA "no gunz allowed!").
