So that "soda tax" would really become a multi task, sales tax, soda tax, plastic tax, and aluminum tax, as well as distribution tax, vendor tax, etc. Most people dont realize that item at the store was taxed 10 times or more before making it on the shelf, where it is taxed AGAIN to the consumer

And you pay for it with money that's already federally taxed and also taxed by the state in some states.

And on top of that the currency is taxed through inflation. I mean a small tax on tea caused a war in 1776. Now beating up white in broad daylight doesnt even get a flinch

and when you realize all the taxes and add them up your tax rate total is around 70%

Telephone Minimum Usage Surcharge Taxes

If you don't use your phone enough, well tax you the difference?

And there is a pre emptive recycling fee you have to pay as well and now lump that with hazard pay and minimum wage increase cost...

How about a politician tax. Every time they fail at doing something productive they have to pay. We'll start with the pinky.

and evetime they lie

If you expect a politician to tell the truth, then you expect a 3 year old to operate heavy machinery successfully.

I think we should tax the stupid. If your tested IQ is lower than 100, you pay a tax that is graduated according to how low your IQ is. Total morons, who are a burden on society, would pay the highest tax. The average dummy, who is just a little sub-normal and can hold a job, would pay the least. Anyone above 100 would pay nothing, since we contribute the most to society.

So the exact opposite of the current setup. I'm on board.

Why not an idiot tax ? We have lots of idiots

Here's an idea... Tax companies like Amazon and Apple...

[–] 0 pt

Why not tax manufacturers who package their shit in extremely excessive plastic and plasticized paper packaging? So much of the fancy packaging used today is purely for shelf-appeal to lure idiots to buy the shiny new bauble. All that fancy packaging just gets tossed out after the shiny bauble is in hand. Apple puts so much waste into their packaging alone. They should have to pay high taxes for that or be forced to cut it down to only what is necessary to protect the product. If a manufacturer is putting magnets in their packaging for "trendiness", then they really need to pay a price for it.

And send those artsy fartsy marketing faggots who come up with this packaging shit to the wall right after the vaxx bootlickers.
