I keep seeing that the Pfizer vaccine was not actually approved, that it was a different vaccine by Pfizer that was approved and not yet available. But I’m now convinced that the “different vaccine” is just the name branded version of the exact same vaccine.
This is not to say that FDA approval is to be taken as suddenly making the vaccine safe (FDA approval is a joke) just that the whole “it wasn’t really approved, read again, read harder!” line is a confusion caused by the brand name not being applied until after the charade of approval.
