No need, they showed up. They would have only been under arrest until they arrived at the Capitol. A contempt finding isn't supposed to be punishment. It's supposed to get you to do what you do. It's the difference between "you're grounded for X time" vs "stand in the corner until you are ready to come wash these dishes."
