Where are their videos? Why was I basically the only one riding the train in NYC for like 7 weeks? I remember March and April of 2020 was where I basically starred in the sequel to I Am Legend and people were only going out dressed in Hazmat suits, fear masks and goggles to get groceries. 17 months later, everyone is full of bravado, sprezzatura and alleged prognostication.
Did you visit the WTC stop? It was so fucking creepy. It felt like a dystopian movie.
Nah. Didn’t go. Saw Times Square and Herald Square mostly empty, though and sometimes I could walk for 2 or 3 blocks in my neighborhood without seeing anyone.
Due to the enclosed, empty, 100% marble interiors of the WTC stop it was super creepy. The shops were shuttered, the people gone. The worst part was the loudspeaker. They had a message about social distancing echoing through the marble structure. The loud speakers weren't even synched up, so the dystopian message rolled through the structure like a wave. If you did see a person they were masked, shielded, wearing gloves, and refusing to make eye contact. Keep strong, you aren't the only patriot left in NYC!
March 17th I was in Vegas when it shut down the week before I was in the Atlanta Airport me and about 500 people where in that airport! It was insane
I legit boasted to people that first round of lockdowns was just a paid holiday to me, but without the retards. I may never have called anything, but I was never worried and in fact enjoyed the time off.
