It's going to take some scrubbing. The body itself will have already dropped off somewhere along the final approach when the doors open again (imagine getting that little present coming through your ceiling or windshield at mass x velocity) but that makes it a German problem, and any remaining blood and/or fluids would have already dried into a nice hard crusty smear. That shit isn't going to just buff out.
A hose and some pressurized water will handle a good deal of it. At least, that's how it worked with the helicopters in Bagram AFB.

First responders don’t clean up the mess. None of them.
That is the property owner’s problem and expense.
