During the last dark age, just about every last person with an academic degree thought the Sun orbited the Earth, while anyone who said differently got exiled. Anyone with an academic degree who had to study for it, and then works once they get the degree, is a dupe for some elitists who didn't have to study for their (pay for play) degree, and wont ever have to work once they get it.
